This week in Carmel and Pebble Beach….

The Carmel and Pebble Beach markets took something of a breather this past week after the very hectic Thanksgiving Day week; still plenty of activity, though most of it was in the under $1.5 price ranges.  The Carmel Point area continues to deliver with another property essentially selling off-market on Isabella close to the beach, offered at $1.49M. Over in the Golden Rectangle, a bank-owned property across from the La Playa Hotel came back on the market at $765K after … Continue reading This week in Carmel and Pebble Beach….

This just in! Congress has moved to restore the loan limits we enjoyed prior to October 1st. Loan limits fell to $483K in Monterey County on October 1st from $729,750.
